Princess

Princess, a beloved mixed breed dog, entered the hearts of her family in 2014. With a personality that could best be described as "lazy," Princess was perfectly content to bask in the warmth of the sun or curl up on the couch, soaking up the love she received from those around her. She left this world in Schellsburg, Pennsylvania, on September 27, 2024, at the age of 10.

Princess's  life was a testament to the power of companionship and the joy that animals bring into our lives. Rescued by Justyna, she quickly became an integral part of the Bittlebrun family, where she was cherished not just as a pet, but as a true member. The gentle, easygoing nature that defined her time with Pat, JoAnn, Justyna and Jeremy Bittlebrun brought countless moments of laughter and warmth into their home.

Her laid-back demeanor often drew smiles from those who were lucky enough to meet her. The casual charm with which she approached life resonated deeply with her family, reminding them of the importance of taking things slow, enjoying the simple moments, and embracing affection in all forms.

Princess enjoyed the company of her family members, who will forever treasure the memories they created together. Alongside her human companions, she shared her days with Dunner, another loyal dog who was as much a part of the family as she was. Their shared adventures in the backyard and the comfort of their togetherness stood as a beautiful reminder of the bond between pets and their owners.

As we remember Princess, we celebrate the joy she brought into the lives of those who knew her. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of Pat, JoAnn, Justyna, Jeremy, and Dunner, as they reflect on the ten wonderful years they shared with their sweet, lazy companion. Rest in peace, Princess. You were truly loved and will be deeply missed.
