It is with heavy hearts that the Tice family of Bedford, PA, announces the passing of their beloved Blue Heeler, Birdie, at just six years old.

Birdie was no ordinary dog; she was the heart and soul of the Tice family’s farm. Her days were filled with endless adventures, from chasing horses with fearless determination to tipping over her water bowl just to remind everyone she was in charge. Her sassy personality and signature side-eye look brought endless laughter and joy to those around her.

Adopted by Garrett, Tiffney, Kinsley, and Shelby Tice, Birdie quickly became not just a pet but a true family member. She accompanied them everywhere—whether it was a trip to the fields, a family outing, or a refreshing swim. Birdie’s zest for life and unwavering loyalty were evident in every step she took.

Though her time on this earth was too short, Birdie left a mark on the hearts of all who knew her. Her spirit will live on in the memories of warm summer days on the farm and the many adventures shared with her family.
